Start time: 8:00 o 15:00
Duration: 3 Hours
We drive from the hotel to the tourist pier of La Boquilla. After getting welcomed with a delicious cold coconut, we start our tour in typical wooden canoes, which are taking us through the
natural mangrove tunnels of El Chaco, El Amor and La Felicidad for approximately 90 minutes. We get to see the impressive panorama of the Juan Polo Ciénaga, while the community guide (who is
also the “driver” of the canoe) gives us all we need to know about the ecological importance of the Tesca Wetland, and the animals that live in it. After our canoe tour we have the option of
tasting a typical Cartagena lunch before returning to the hotel.
